Current Improvements & News:

Parking: Parking on any street or highway within the City is prohibited from November 1 through April 1 between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am. Warning notices will be issued beginning October 15th. On November 1st, any vehicle found in violation will be tagged and/or towed to the impound lot.

Cliff Road Trail News: On May 26, SLA President Dorothy Van Hoven requested the City Council direct city staff to design a trail along Cliff Road, put it out for bid, and complete the project this construction season. Mayor Tourville said he would have city staff look into it, evaluate the county’s position, and look at putting this on the council’s agenda. Dorothy noted the safety concerns of many neighbors who walk along Cliff Road, especially since the walking trail which abuts Cliff was paved last fall. more >

Reminders:

Mailboxes - Please do not put any papers in USPS mailboxes. Use the box under the mailbox for any news information you want to share with your neighbors.

Speed - Please slow down and watch for playing children when driving in the neighborhood.

Pet Clean Up - As a reminder, please clean up after your pets when walking them.

No Dumping - Dirt, grass, or dead brush may not be dumped into the conservation easement. (Refer to Article 8.4, SLA Covenants)
